 I talked a 16 year old boy out of ordering an eight shot caramel frap today.  Not even joking.  After some deliberation, I convinced him that 4 shots would be more than enough.

So anyway, most of my conversations this week have been centered around the weather. Fall is starting in my state and it feels like everyone is switching over to their cozy warm beverages. Last week I was talking to this lovely customer about how unfair winter in Minnesota is -- Its not that I don't like snow, I just don't like what feels like 9 months of it. Thankfully, our complaining quickly turned into action. Here is our plan.

Tell mother nature we mean business, and that we're not leaving until we get more stable weather patterns. Enough is enough. The distribution of hot and cold is completely unfair.
